NHL Cook-Off Sweepstakes
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals, twenty-one (21) years or older at time of entry, who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada. Employees of Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives and its parent companies, subsidiaries or agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and grandparents), and those domiciled with any of the foregoing are not eligible. Website pages and advertisements relating to the Sweepstakes are intended for viewing only within the eligible Sweepstakes territory, and entrants must be present in the eligible Sweepstakes territory at the time of entry.
TIMING
The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 13, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 17, 2018. Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE
Five (5) night stay for up to two (2) adults in one (1) Oceanview category room at the Divi Aruba All Inclusive. A maximum of two (2) adults age 21 years of age or older must agree to travel between the dates of August 23 – 28, 2018 (travel must include the nights of August 24 & 25, 2018). No substitution or changes in dates are permitted. Winner and guests may choose to extend their stay by paying the published internet hotel rate per person at the time of booking. Additional guests subject to hotel room and concert ticket fees. Prize is only valid for winner and one guest. Roundtrip airfare included in this prize. Prize includes all inclusive hotel accommodations – including all meals and snacks, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) on property as well as all hotel taxes and service charges. Ground transfers on Aruba to and from the airport and the two events are included. The winner and travel companion will be required to provide a valid US or Canadian Passport and any other documentation as required by the US Federal Government or Canadian Government to travel on this itinerary. Any applicable fees, taxes and charges are not included and other rules and restrictions may apply. Winner is solely responsible for transfers to/from US or Canadian airports, parking, as well as any in transit, airport and/or in-flight incidental expenses. Winner is solely responsible for expenses incurred outside of Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives. The trip is nontransferable, non-assignable, non-refundable, non-combinable with any other special prizes or offers, not redeemable for cash and must be redeemed in its entirety (no portion of a prize may be redeemed separately). No changes will be allowed after any elements of the prize have been awarded and no substitution may be made. Approximate retail value for hotel package up to $3,565. Approximate retail value for other prizes up to $2,000.
