The “New York State of Mind(fulness) Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, excluding residents of Delaware, Quebec, and where the Promotion is prohibited (the “Territory”), who are 18 or over as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors and immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) of Wanderlust Media LLC, Well + Good, Elite Daily, The Zoe Report, Lorem Ipsum, Spiritual Gangster, and Pukka Herbs or their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, suppliers, and their advertising, promotion or production agencies, are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize.
The Promotion begins at 8:00 am ET on July 2, 2018 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on July 29, 2018 (“Entry Period”). Void outside the Territory and where prohibited by law.

PRIZES: One (1) “Grand Prize” with a retail value of $5,000 USD, consisting of the following:
- Two (2) tickets for Wanderlust 108 Brooklyn on September 9, 2018
- One (1) $1,000 travel stipend in the form of a Visa Gift Card, or its equivalent
- One (1) $100 dining gift certificate
- Two (2) tickets to the Museum of Modern Art
- One (1) $1,000 Spiritual Gangster shopping spree
- One (1) year supply of Pukka Herbs organic herbal teas (20 boxes containing a total of 400 sachets)
Only the prizes specified will be awarded. The prize(s) are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Winner(s) shall be responsible for all expenses not specifically provided for in the prize(s), including, but not limited to, meals and transportation. All federal, state and local income taxes connected to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor shall only be responsible for awarding the number of prizes as stated in these rules. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of the prize awarded. If the event selected by the winner is cancelled for any reason, the prize shall be void.
