The Kit Kat Ultimate Break Room Contest
.The Kit Kat Ultimate Break Room Contest (the “Contest”) commences at 12:00:01 AM EST on January 1, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on May 31, 2018 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on May 31, 2018 (the “Contest Closing Time”). Entries submitted after the Contest Closing Time will not be accepted.
The Contest is only open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their Province or Territory of residence at the time of entry, excluding: (a) employees, directors, officers, representatives and agents of: (i) Nestlé Canada Inc. (the “Sponsor”); (ii) the independent contest management organization appointed by the Sponsor to administer the Contest (the “Contest Administrator”); (iii) any affiliates of the Sponsor or the Contest Administrator; (iv) any of the Sponsor’s advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies involved in the development or execution of the Contest in any way; and (v) any persons or entities involved in judging the Contest; and (b) all persons with whom those specified in (a) are domiciled or immediately related. The persons and entities specified in (a) and (b) are referred to collectively herein as the “Contest Entities”. For the purposes of these Rules, two people are “immediately related” if one is the husband, wife, spouse, common-law partner, son, stepson, son-in-law, daughter, stepdaughter, daughter-in-law, sister, stepsister, sister-in-law, brother, stepbrother, brother-in-law, mother, stepmother, mother-in-law, father, stepfather or father-in-law of the other.

Prizes and Odds of Winning
18.There are three (3) Grand Prizes (each considered a “Grand Prize”) available to be won at the outset of this Contest, each to be drawn on a specific date:
a)#GamingBreakRoom – (draw date March 31, 2018) Ultimate Game Room including one (1) x 65″ 4K TV, one (1) premium gaming chair and $1,000 CAD for additional accessories/hardware Approximate retail value of $5,000 CAD.
b)#MusicBreakRoom – (draw date April 30, 2018) Summer Music Festival that includes two (2) VIP passes to the event, up to a maximum of $500 CAD per ticket,round trip flight and accommodations for two (2) people for three (3) nights, and transportation to and from airport upon arrival at destination. Approximate retail value is $5,700 CAD.
c)#TravelBreakRoom – (draw date May 31, 2018) Costa Rica Tree House Trip for two (2) to Costa Rica, 4-night stay in a tree house in Costa Rica, transportation to and from airport upon arrival, $1,000 CAD spending money. Approximate retail value of $10,000 CAD.
