CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 29, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 10, 2018 (the “Contest Period“) after which time the Contest will end and no further Entries (as defined below) will be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must be at the time of entry: a legal resident of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, and of the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence or older. Employees of B&G Foods Canada ULC (“B&G Foods” or “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, “Employee”), any members of an Employee’s immediate family (defined as parent, child, sibling or spouse, regardless of where they reside, and the household members of any Employee, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Grand Prize (1): The “Grand Prize” includes:
Round-trip coach air transportation for the winner and up to three (3) guests from a major Canadian International gateway (Vancouver – Vancouver International Airport (YVR), Calgary – Calgary International Airport (YYC), Edmonton – Edmonton International Airport (YEC), Winnipeg – Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport (YWG), Toronto – Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Moncton – Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport (YQM), or Halifax – Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ) only) to Orlando, Florida. Flight reservation is subject to availability. No changes permitted to reservations once date of travel is confirmed or tickets have been issued. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for insurance and/or other applicable charges. The Grand Prize winner and their travelling companions are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, in-flight meals, baggage fees and entertainment; costs incurred to and from the departure point as the Grand Prize originates and terminates there, obtaining sufficient personal travel insurance prior to departure, if desired; obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation, such as passports and visas and complying with customs immigrations regulations.

Daily shuttle to SeaWorld Parks for four (4) guests included; shuttle times are subject to capacity, traffic and weather conditions and may occasionally run late. Please note that capacity is limited and services are provided on a first come, first served basis. Sponsor will not provide reimbursement for transportation service due to missed shuttles.
Theme park tickets for four (4) including one (1) visit each at SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa; four (4) tickets for “Behind the Scenes Tours” at SeaWorld Orlando; and one (1) “Cabana” at Aquatica. Offer, park products, hours and services are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. SeaWorld has the right to substitute all tours with another comparable tour. Theme park tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, not for resale, void if altered, will not be replaced if lost or stolen and may be confiscated without restitution for misuse at the theme parks’ discretion. This offer is not to be combined with any other special offers or discounts, and does not include special events. Parking and applicable service fees not included.
Trip must be taken by February 28, 2019. Certain blackout dates apply. Winner will need to supply Sponsor with three (3) possible travel dates.
Minors under the age of 18 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Grand Prize winner and all guests must travel together on specified itinerary. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change based on availability and providers approval. Any portion of a Grand Prize not accepted by Grand Prize winner will be forfeited.
The Grand Prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. The Grand Prize elements may not be substituted and vacations are non-commissionable.
The Grand Prize winner and guests are solely responsible for obtaining identification documents necessary for entering into and travel within the United States and points of destination within the United States. The Grand Prize winner and guests must be able to travel to and within the United States, and return to Canada unimpeded. Sponsor is not responsible if for any reason the Grand Prize winner or any guest are denied access to any aircraft or entry into the United States or return to Canada. In such an event, winner and/or guests will be responsible for any associated costs and expenses, and the Grand Prize may be forfeited, in whole or in part.
Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary and hotel accommodations in its sole discretion. Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted. Substitutions will not be allowed. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including internet, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental expenses, additional tips and gratuities, income and other taxes, transportation between Grand Prize winner’s home and gateway airport, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein are the responsibility solely of the Grand Prize winner and guests.
The Grand Prize winner and his/her guests hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any part of the Grand Prize. It is the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her guests to arrive at the designated gateway airport in time for each flight that is part of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Guests shall be subject to all terms and conditions printed on any ticket issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or Guest(s) is denied entry into any ticketed location or is removed or barred from any ticketed location for any other reason, Sponsor is not responsible and no further compensation or award will be provided.
Guests must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. If the guest is a minor, then the liability/publicity release must be signed by his/her parent/legal guardian. All travellers must also sign a travel release form supplied at the delivery of the Grand Prize.
All costs and expenses not specifically included herein are solely each winner’s responsibility. Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element or detail of a prize is canceled, postponed or becomes unavailable for any reason. Should any event, element or detail of a prize become unavailable, the Sponsor shall have no obligation to the winner aside from providing the remaining portion of the prize, minus any unavailable event, element or detail.
SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, RELATED, AFFILIATED, AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND ASSIGNS ARE HEREBY RELEASED AND DISCHARGED FROM ANY AND ALL LEGAL CLAIMS, LOSSES, EXPENSES, LIABILITIES, INJURIES, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, ACTIONS, AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION THAT ARISE OUT OF AND/OR ARE IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE GRAND PRIZE, THE RECEIPT AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE GRAND PRIZE AND/OR THE CONTEST.
Approximate Retail Value. Total approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $6,000 based on sample Toronto departure. Actual final retail value of trip may be higher or lower based on date and location of departure and date of booking. The Grand Prize winner will not receive difference, if any, between actual and approximate retail value. Should the Grand Prize winner elect to travel with fewer than three (3) Guests, no additional compensation will be provided.
Odds of Winning. The odds of being selected as the potential Grand Prize winner are dependent upon the number of eligible Entries received by the Sponsor during the Contest Period.
General Provisions. The only prize awarded in this Contest is the Grand Prize. No other prize will be awarded. If for any reason a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may award a substitute prize of equal or greater monetary value. Federal, provincial, territorial, and local taxes, if any, and all other expenses not specified herein are the Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility.
