“La La Land” Contest
Contest Period: The Contest begins at 12:00 PM ET on December 5, 2016 and ends at 9:00 am ET on December 27, 2016 (such period, the “Contest Period”).
Eligibility: The Contest is open to residents of Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Nova Scotia who have attained the age of majority as at the start of the Contest Period. Notwithstanding the above, the Contest is not open to employees, immediate family members (i.e. spouses or biological, step or adoptive parents, children or siblings) or anyone domiciled with any employee of the Sponsor or prize supplier (including Entertainment One Films Canada Inc. (the “Prize Provider”)) or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies or fulfillment houses. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk drop offs, photocopies, scanned copies, facsimiles or other mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will not be accepted and will be disqualified. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Contest Period.

Prizing: There is one (1) prize available to be won consisting of a trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles, California (the “Destination”) as follows:
(i) round trip economy transportation for two (2) people from the major Canadian airport nearest the winner’s residence (selected at the discretion of the Prize Provider) (the “Departure Point”), to Destination, including applicable airport transfers; and
(ii) four (4) nights hotel accommodation in Destination for two (2) people at a hotel (based on one (1) standard room, double occupancy).
Approximate retail value of the prize is $3500 CAD based on sample Toronto departure. Actual value will vary depending on point of departure. Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of greater or equivalent monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
All travel must occur before December 31, 2017. Blackout dates may apply and all travel and accommodations are subject to airline and hotel terms, conditions and rules.
