Lay’s® Show Your Emotions Contest
Contest Period: The Contest begins at 12:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time (ET) on March 5, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (ET) on April 28, 2018 (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Contest is not open to employees, representatives or agents of the Contest Sponsor, the Administrator, the NHL Entities® (defined in Rule 20), the NHLPA (defined in Rule 20) or their respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, shareholders, members, officers, directors, representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, Contest suppliers or judges (collectively, the ” Contest Parties“), or members of the immediate families of (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons domiciled with (whether related or not), any of the above.

PRIZES:
(i) DAILY. Two (2) $50 pre-paid VISA credit cards are available to be won each day during the Contest Period (each, a ” Daily Prize“). There are a total of one hundred and ten (110) Daily Prizes available to be won during the Contest Period. The Daily Prize is subject to the terms and conditions stated on the card.
The total number of Daily Prizes available to be won will diminish as awarded throughout the Contest Period.Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person or household during the Contest. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks following verification for delivery of Daily Prize.
The Daily Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged or surrendered for cash, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor, which may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
(ii) WEEKLY. One (1) prize is available to be won each week during the Contest Period, as identified in the chart below (each, a ” Weekly Prize“).

There are a total of eight (8) Weekly Prizes. The total number of Weekly Prizes available to be won will diminish as awarded throughout the Contest Period. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person or household during the Contest. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks following verification for delivery of Weekly Prize.

(iii) GRAND PRIZE. There is one (1) grand prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) trip for two (2) to attend the 2018 NHL Awards™ and After Party (the “Event”) scheduled to be held in Las Vegas, NV, USA (the “Grand Prize“). The Grand Prize consists of return economy air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s primary place of residence in Canada to Las Vegas, NV, USA (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor), ground transportation to and from destination airport, one (1) standard room, based on double occupancy, for three (3) nights (accommodation to be selected at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor), two (2) tickets to the 2018 NHL Awards™ scheduled to be held in June 2018 (actual seat selection to be chosen at the sole and absolute discretion of the NHL), a VIP Meet & Greet with an NHL® player (duration, location and timing of meet & greet, and player (who may be subject to change) to be selected at sole and absolute discretion of NHLPA), two (2) NHL® themed gift packs and $2,000 CAD spending money for winner only. The approximate retail value (” ARV“) is $6,626 CAD which is based on a departure from Toronto, ON. Actual value may vary depending on winner’s point of departure and air fare.
