Heinz Summer’s Better With Baseball Contest
The Contest entry period (the “Entry Period”) begins at 11:59 a.m Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 14, 2017 and ends at 4:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2017.
ELIGIBILITY: (a) The Contest is open only to residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec who are of age of legal majority in the province/territory in which they reside at the time of entry. (b) The following individuals and their household members (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, successors and assigns of each of (i) Sponsor, (ii) Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership (“RBJBP”), owner of the Toronto Blue Jays™ Major League Baseball team (the “Team”), (iii) the MLB Entities (defined below), (iv) each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, and subsidiaries, and (v) any and all other companies associated with the Contest. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (the “BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLBAM” or “MLB.com”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, BAMTech, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (the “Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION: I. Grand Prizes: Three (3) eligible entrants will each win one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) consisting of: (a) four (4) admission tickets (total) for the winner and three (3) guests (collectively, the “Prize Participants”) to attend the Team’s regular season baseball game scheduled to be played in Toronto, Ontario (the “Destination”) at Rogers Centre™ stadium (the “Stadium”) on September 9, 2017 (the “Game”); (b) two (2) hotel rooms (standard double occupancy) for the Prize Participants for two (2) nights (September 8, 2017 and September 9, 2017) in a Destination hotel to be determined by RBJBP (the “Hotel”); (c) four (4) Team-branded “replica” jerseys; (d) four (4) Team-branded “replica” baseball caps; (e) CDN $500 (total) cash in spending money; and (f) subject to Section 5(a) of these Official Rules, round trip economy air transportation for the Prize Participants from the international airport within Canada closest to the winner’s residence (as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor) to the Destination departing on September 8, 2017 and returning on September 10, 2017 or on such other dates as may be determined by RBJBP (the “Airfare”). Ground transportation between the Destination airport and the Hotel, and between the Hotel and the Game, is not included in the Grand Prize. The Prize Participants shall be responsible for arranging all ground transportation in connection with the Grand Prize. The total estimated retail value of each Grand Prize is CDN $6,000 (inclusive of the Airfare). Actual retail value of each Grand Prize will depend on whether the Grand Prize winner resides within 300 kilometres of the Stadium (in which case the Airfare, will not be provided, as more particularly set out in Section 5(a) of these Official Rules, below) and, if the winner resides further than 300 kilometres of the Stadium, on the Grand Prize winner’s departure city (the estimated retail value of the Airfare is based on the departure city of Ottawa). Any difference in value will not be awarded. II. Secondary Prizes: One hundred and fifty (150) eligible entrants will each win one (1) secondary prize (“Secondary Prize”). Each Secondary Prize consists of twelve (12) coupons, each coupon redeemable for one (1) 1L bottle of Heinz ketchup from any retailer in Canada that sells 1L bottles of Heinz ketchup. Each coupon expires on December 31, 2018. The estimated retail value of each Secondary Prize is CDN $72. III. Tertiary Prizes: One hundred and fifty (150) eligible entrants will each win one (1) tertiary prize (“Tertiary Prize”) consisting of one (1) gift card worth CDN $20 redeemable at the Jays Shop™ retail outlets located in Rogers Centre or CF Eaton Centre in the Destination. The total estimated retail value of each Tertiary Prize is CDN $20.
