This Contest begins at 12:00:01 am (MT) on August 8 (*SUBJECT TO CHANGE ACCORDING TO ACTUAL LAUNCH DATE), 2016 and closes at 11:59:59 pm (MT) on August 28, 2016 (the “Contest Period”).
OW TO ENTER 1. Landmark Cinemas Canada and Elevation Picture Corporation “See The Movies, See The Stars” Contest (the “Contest”) is conducted by Landmark Cinemas Canada LLP (the “Sponsor”), and is only open to individuals over the age of 13 as of the date of their entry into the Contest and who are legal residents of BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, and YT.
PRIZE DRAW SELECTION AND PRIZE DESCRIPTION 5. On August 29, 2016 at approximately 10:00 am (MT), at Suite 100, 14505 Bannister Road South East, Calgary, Alberta, the official contest computer will randomly draw one (1) entries from all entries received to identify one (1) potential winners of the prizes described below (each a “Prize”). Grand Prize The first entry drawn will be eligible to win a Grand Prize, consisting of one (1) Trip for 2 people to Toronto, Canada (the “Destination”) courtesy of West Jet for the gala presentations of DEEPWATER HORIZON & SNOWDEN as follows: 1. Round trip economy flight for two (2) people from the major Canadian airport nearest the winner’s residence (selected at the discretion of the Sponsors) (the “Departure Point”) to Destination; 2. Six (6) nights hotel accommodation in Destination for two (2) people (based on standard room, double occupancy); and 3. Two (2) tickets to the gala presentation each of Deepwater Horizon & Snowden at the Toronto International Film Festival (the “Event”). Approximate retail value of the prize is $3038 based on sample Vancouver departure. Actual value will vary depending on point of departure. Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of greater or equivalent monetary value if the Grand Prize or any portion thereof cannot be awarded for any reason. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen components of the Grand Prize.
