WHO MAY ENTER:  This contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, excluding residents of Delaware or Quebec (the “Territory”), who are 18 or over as of the date of entry.  If you do not reside in Territory or are otherwise ineligible, do not attempt to enter the Contest. Employees, officers and directors and immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) of Wanderlust Festival LLC, Equinox Holdings Inc., Hawaiian Airlines, Turtle Bay Resort Oahu, or their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, suppliers, and their advertising, promotion or production agencies, are not eligible to enter the Contest or win a prize.

Contest begins at 5:00 pm ET on Friday, December 5, 2016 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on Friday, December 16, 2016 (“Contest Period”). Void outside the Territory and where prohibited by law.

PRIZES: One (1) “Grand Prize” with approximate retail value of four thousand, four-hundred dollars ($4,400) consisting of the following:

• Two (2) 4-day ticket to Wanderlust O’ahu  (February, 23  – February 26, 2017)  Retail value: $1,000 (one-thousand dollars).
• Two (2) Round-trip tickets on Hawaiian Airlines (in the form of 80,000 Super Saver HawaiianMiles) from any of the 11 Hawaiian Airlines Gateway Cities (JFK, SEA, PDX, SMF, SFO, OAK, SJC, LAX, SAN, PHX or LAS) to travel to HNL for Wanderlust  O’ahu 2017.  Retail value of $1400.
• Five (5) nights hotel stay in an Ocean View guestroom at Turtle Bay Resort O’ahu inclusive of taxes and resort service fees: Retail value of $2,300 (two thousand, three-hundred dollars).  Prizes are non-transferable, not extendable, and for five nights only. No substitutions or cash redemptions.  In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  On-island transportation is not included in this prize pack and winner is responsible for all transportation while in Hawaii.
• One (1) gift card/stipend to be used for travel, meals, etc. retail value of $200 (two-hundred dollars).  Travel arrangements/bookings to be made solely by the winner.

Only the prizes specified will be awarded. One entry per person. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Winner shall be responsible for all expenses not specifically provided for in the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to, meals and transportation. All federal, state and local income taxes connected to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor shall only be responsible for awarding the number of prizes as stated in these rules. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of the prize awarded.  If the Wanderlust festival event selected by the winner is cancelled for any reason, the prize shall be void.
