Sweepstake Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about 22 December 2017 and ending 7 January 2018. All online entries must be received by 7 January 2018 11:59 PM GMT.
Eligibility: Sweepstake (the “Sweepstake”) is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstake page and who are 18 as of the date of entry. The sweepstake is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Horizn Studios (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstake. Prizes: Winners will receive two pieces of Horizn Studios smart luggage and one Laptop bag: one Check-In Model of their choosing, one Cabin Model M of their choosing and one Köenji Laptop bag of their choosing (approximate value: EUR 700). Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Horizn Studios to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
