The “Sunny with a Chance to Win a SunVenture Contest

The Contest will run from October 8^th, 2018 at 12:00 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) until November 18^th, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. (EST) (the “Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada (Excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of 21 or older at the time of entry (each Entrant is referred to as an “Entrant”, together, the “Entrants”) and who have a valid email address and Internet access prior to the start of the Contest Period. Entrant Employees, agents, representatives, officers and directors of the Contest Organizer and Sunwing Vacations Inc, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, parent corporations, advertising and promotion agencies, sponsors, suppliers of Prizes, materials and services related to this Contest, or of any other party directly associated with the holding of the Contest, as well as members of their immediate families (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse, and any persons residing with these employees, agents, representatives, officers and directors are not eligible to participate.

• Roundtrip airfare based on economy class for two (2) persons from Canadian gateway (excluding Quebec) onboard Sunwing Airlines.
• 7 (seven) nights standard accommodation at Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa in a room based on double occupancy
• All Inclusive meal plan while at Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa
• Land transfers between the airport and hotel in destination
• All hotel taxes and processing fees
• Approximate retail value of the prize for Canada is $2,700 CAD + taxes.
• Taxes (including, but not limited to, departure taxes, air seat/airline taxes and applicable federal, provincial, municipal, state and/or local taxes).   Approximate taxes is $400 per person – to be paid by Sunwing Travel Group.

• Ground transportation not specifically mentioned above (including transportation to and from you and your guest(s)’ homes)
• Airport improvement fees
• Insurance (including, but not limited to, travel insurance, medical insurance and trip cancelation insurance)
• Connecting flights (including to the departure gateway city)
• Sightseeing tours and other in-destination activities
• Travel related fees/surcharges
• Excess baggage fees
• Costs associated with obtaining travel documents (including, but not limited to passports and visas)
• Costs associated with obtaining necessary vaccinations
• Items of personal nature

• The prize will be accepted “as is” otherwise it will be forfeited
• Travel is valid from November 1, 2018 until October 31, 2019 (the “Travel Period”)
• Travel is subject to availability and must be requested a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the requested departure date
• Blackout periods apply, including without limitation: November 5-10 , November 22-25, November 28-December 2, December 17- January 4; February 15-28; March 23-31; April 1, 23- 26; May10-15, Aug 01-31 subject to availability
• If the winner and travel guest are unable to travel during the Travel Period, the winner will be required to forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected at Sunwing Vacations Inc.’s sole discretion
• Once reservation is made, they cannot be changed
• All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions set out in Sunwing Vacations Inc.’s brochure or located on Sunwing Vacations Inc.’s website located at www.sunwing.ca
• The winner and travel guest must be in possession of a valid passport and other necessary travel documents upon selection, which documents must be valid prior to, and for the duration of the trip. Failure to obtain necessary travel documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize
• Any lost or stolen, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced
• All airline tickets are subject to flight variations, work stoppage, and schedule or route changes
• Sunwing Vacations Inc. reserves the right to structure travel routes and select hotels in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sunwing Vacations Inc.
• If the prize, or any portion thereof, is unused, it cannot be carried forward and will be forfeit
• Elements of the prize (including, without limitation, airfare and lodging) may not be used towards frequent flyer miles or other loyalty programs
• The winner and travel guest must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, all local laws while in destination
• The prize, and any portion thereof, is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash surrender value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, except as may be decided by Sunwing Vacations Inc. in its sole discretion
• Sunwing Vacations Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify the prize or any portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.
