SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 5:00:00 AM PACIFIC TIME (“PT”) ON MAY 25, 2016 AND ENDS AT 9:00:00 PM PT ON JUNE 30, 2016 (“PROMOTION PERIOD”).

This Sweepstakes is only open to: (i) permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, D.C. and Canada (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. foreign territories and possessions), (ii) who are physically located and residing therein, (iii) who have reached the age of majority in his/her state/province/territory of residence at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes.

Prizes:

Two Grand Prizes: Both Grand Prize Winners may choose one of the following as the grand prize (“Grand Prize”):

(a) A three day, two night trip for two (Grand Prize Winner and a guest) to Las Vegas, NV for a VIP experience at Top Golf Las Vegas and two rounds of golf at local resorts (the “Trip Option”). The Trip Option includes: (i) two nights hotel accommodations in Las Vegas, NV (in one double occupancy, standard hotel room), (ii) a VIP experience at Top Golf Las Vegas, (iii) two rounds of golf at local golf resorts for both guests; and (iv) a total of $500 in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner, which may be used towards meals and incidentals. The Trip Option also includes round-trip air transportation for two from the major airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence in the United States (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the Las Vegas airport, and ground transportation for two to and from hotel and airport in Las Vegas (the Trip Option does not include transportation to and from the airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence). If Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence is within a three hour drive of Las Vegas, Nevada, Grand Prize Winner and guest will be provided ground transportation in lieu of the round-trip air transportation described above, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel dates will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion based upon the availability of hotel rooms and tee times between the drawing date and December 31, 2016.Exact travel dates are subject to availability. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Trip Option is estimated at $4,200.
