A Very UNIQLO Holiday Contest
The 2016 Holiday Contest (the “Contest”) begins Monday, December 5, 2016 at 10:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Excluded from eligibility are officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Group, and members of any immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives.

PRIZES
First Prize: There is one (1) First Prize available to be won. The First Prize consists of a VIP shopping experience trip for two (2) to Toronto, Ontario, which includes: (i) roundtrip economy ground transportation or air transportation with Air Canada for two (2) to the destination from the closest Canadian international airport to the winner’s residence; (ii) two (2) nights of hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at a hotel chosen by the Sponsor in its sole discretion; and (iii) $2,000 CAD towards a VIP shopping experience at either the UNIQLO CF Toronto Eaton Centre or UNIQLO Yorkdale Shopping Center location. Approximate retail value of the First Prize is up to $5,000 CAD based on a Vancouver, BC departure example. Actual retail value of the First Prize depends upon point of departure, airfare and hotel rate fluctuations. Winner is not entitled to any differences between stated approximate retail value and the actual value. First Prize winner must be willing to travel from January 1, 2017 to January 30, 2017.
Second Prize: There is one (1) Second Prize available to be won. The Second Prize consists of a bicycle, which includes: (i) customizable (colour and vinyl) bicycle; and (ii) full personal consultation at the Blacksmith Cycle in Toronto, Ontario. Approximate retail value of the Second Prize is $2,500 CAD. Transportation to and from Blacksmith Cycle shall be paid for by Second Prize Winner.
