The “LEGO DC SUPER-VILLAINS Canadian Launch Contest”
Eligibility. The “LEGO DC SUPER-VILLAINS Canadian Launch Contest” (the “Contest“) is only open to legal residents of Canada who are physically located in Canada, and who are at least the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, directors and officers of Warner Bros. Entertainment Canada Inc. (” Sponsor“), and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other prize suppliers (collectively, the “Contest Entities“), and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of this Contest, immediate family members are defined as spouse, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
The Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT“) on October 16, 2018, and ends at 12:00 p.m. EDT on October 30, 2018, (the “Contest Period“).

Prizes and Values. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change and prize provider’s rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the winner with their prize, the Sponsor may elect, to provide winners with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. In the event a prize winner (and/or his or her guest(s) (if applicable) engage in behaviour that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Prize winners will be solely responsible for fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, are used. Unclaimed prize(s) will be forfeited.
Prizes and Values. The “Prizes” to be awarded in this Contest are as follows:
Grand Prize
Sponsor will be awarding one (1) grand prize winner with one (1) “Grand Prize” consisting of one (1) Xbox One X 1TB Console and one (1) LEGO DC Super-Villains Game Disc for Xbox One. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the prize or a component thereof with a prize of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award. Prize will only be awarded to the person who is the account holder of the email account used for entry. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the prize (i) prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash (no substitutions except at Sponsor’s option).
The total approximate retail value of grand prize: $670.00 CAD
Secondary Prize
Sponsor will award one (1) secondary prize winner with one (1) “Prize” consisting of one (1) numbered limited edition, GameStop exclusive Harley Quinn Red, White and Black Statue by Steve Kiwus. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the prize or a component thereof with a prize of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award. Prize will only be awarded to the person who is the account holder of the email account used for entry. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the prize (i) prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash (no substitutions except at Sponsor’s option).
