1)The Contest begins on Friday, April 24th, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. PACIFIC TIME (“PDT”)and ends on Sunday, May 3rd, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”). TheContest Period is composed of the following stages:
a.Entry Period: Begins on Thursday, April 23rd, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. EST and ends on Sunday, May 3rd, 2015at 11:59 p.m. EST
b.Judging Period: Begins on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 7:00 a.m. EST and ends on Tuesday,May 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. EST; and
c.Contact Period: Begins on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 11:01 a.m. ET (TorontoTime) and ends on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. ET (Toronto Time).
2)The Contest is open to all residents of Canada,excluding the province of Quebec who have reached the age of majority intheir province or territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees(and those with whom such employees are domiciled) of Zwilling J.A. Henckels(the “Sponsor”), its affiliated companies or agents, advertising and promotionagencies and the Contest judges. This contest is not open to residents ofQuebec province.
Therewill be three (3) grand prizes available to be won, consisting of:
a. One “ZWILLING® TruClad 10 Piece COOKWARE SET”(approximate retail value $650 (CDN))
b. One “MIYABI 5000MCD-B GYUTOH 8″ / 200 mm Item # 34373-201” (approximateretail value $362 (CDN)) and one “MIYABI 6000MCT SANTOKU 7″ / 180 mm, Item # 34074-18” (approximateretail value $287 (CDN))
c. One “STAUB Round Cocotte Dark Blue, Item # 40510-285”(approximate retail value $370 (CDN)).
