(“Contest”) begins on February 4th, 2015 at 12:01 a.m. (ET) and concludes March 6^th, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the“Contest Period”). The Contest is brought to you by Osiris Inc. (herein referred to as the “Sponsor”).

The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec), who are nineteen (19) years of age or older as of the first day of the Contest Period.

PRIZES: 
There is one (1) grand prize to be won in conjunction with the Contest (each, a “Grand Prize”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Each Grand Prize comprises:

One (1) Cineplex Popcorn Party package for 8 children (ARV $133.00), Two (2) Adult Movie Tickets (ARV $32.00), Two (2) Large Popcorn/Drink Combos (ARV $35), Eight (8) Children’s Lootbags of assorted Frozen toys (ARV $200). (The sponsor reserves the right to administer the Cineplex Party package, adult movie tickets and concessions in the form of a $200 Cineplex Odeon Gift card).

The total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Contest is $400.00 CND.
