The Unboring Father’s Day Sweepstakes (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 9, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2016 (the “Contest Period”).

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entry.

Prizes
There is one prize (the “Prize”) available to be won, consisting of:

a. Two round trip economy airfares (i.e. one for the winner and one for the winner’s guest) from the major Canadian airport nearest the winner’s residence (selected at the discretion of the Sponsor) (the “Departure Point”) to Varadero, Cuba (the “Destination”) on an airline determined by the Sponsor; and

b. Seven (7) nights hotel accommodation (in one standard, double occupancy room selected by the Sponsor) at the IBEROSTAR Varadero Hotel or such other hotel selected by the Sponsor (the “Hotel”), including all meals and drinks provided by the Hotel’s all-inclusive program.

Approximate retail value of the Prize is $5,000 CAD based on sample Vancouver departure. Actual value will vary depending on point of departure. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of greater or equivalent monetary value if the Prize, or part thereof, cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
