Entry Period. The Sweepstakes begins on or about 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 7, 2016 and all entries must be received by the Sponsor on or before 11:59 p.m. ET on May 23, 2016, 2016 (the “Entry Period”).
Eligibility. The #BreakYourArm to Win Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory or residence at the time of entry.
Prize and Value. There will be one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California to occur between May 30, 2016 and June 30, 2016, including: airfare (economy) for the winner and their travel companion to Los Angeles, California from the major Canadian airport nearest to the winner’s place of residence; accommodations (double occupancy) for two (2) nights in Los Angeles in a hotel to be chosen by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; and one (1) prepaid credit card in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000 CAD) for spending money.
The prize has an approximate retail prize value of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000 CAD) based on a Toronto departure example although the actual retail value may vary depending on the point of departure. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash.
