Sonnet Top Corner Contest
The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on July 27, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 23, 2018 (altogether the “Contest Period”).)
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is only open to individuals who are legal residents of the Province of Ontario who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”), and who hold valid domestic identification during the Travel Period (defined below) to permit air travel within Canada. Employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents of Sonnet Insurance Company (“Sonnet”), Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (“MLSE”), Toronto FC, Major League Soccer L.L.C. (“MLS”) and its member teams, Soccer United Marketing, L.L.C., MLS Canada ULC and each of their respective parents, governors, subsidiaries, affiliates and the spouses, partners, children or persons residing in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the Contest.

PRIZES: There are eight (8) prizes available to be won during the Contest as provided in the below table. Each prize may hereinafter be referred to as a “Prize” and all prizes may hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Prizes”. Prize Description Approximate Retail Value per Prize Grand Prize A trip for a for 4 (including the Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and 3 guests to see Toronto FC against the Montreal Impact in Montreal, Quebec, on October 21, 2018, including round-trip flights for up to four (4) people, two (2) nights double occupancy hotel accommodation, four (4) Toronto FC jerseys and four (4) tickets to the game. $4000 Sonnet Top Corner Tickets Seven (7) packs of Twenty-Four (24) tickets to an upcoming Toronto FC game. $2400 Game dates and seat locations for the Prizes above will be determined by the Contest Sponsors at their sole discretion and may be subject to change. Terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part or all of the Prize, as applicable, will govern in the event a game is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for any acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppages or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any game.
