FAMILY’S “Downhill Chills and Thrills” Contest
The Contest runs from 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) January 8, 2018 to 11:59 p.m. ET February 2, 2018 (the “Contest Period”).
The Contest is open only to permanent lawful residents of Canada, excluding: (i) residents of Quebec under the age of 13; (ii) any person, or any person whose immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents, the “steps” of each and persons residing in such immediate family members’ household), or persons with whom they are domiciled, has been declared a winner of another contest sponsored by DHX Television Ltd. (“Family” or the “Contest Sponsor”) within 90 days of the start of the Contest Period; and (iii) employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents (and their immediate family members or persons with whom they are domiciled, whether related or not) of the Contest Sponsor, Big White Ski Resort Ltd., (Big White Ski Resort Ltd., is the “Prize Provider”) and each of their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and advertising and promotional agencies involved in this Contest. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Contest Sponsor, with the consent of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the “RACJ”), reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest in the event of any accident, or administrative or other error of any kind.

PRIZES
(referred to herein as “Prize(s)” or “Grand Prize(s)” as applicable)
GRAND PRIZE
There is one Grand Prize package available to be won, consisting of:
- Four round trip, economy class airfares, for two adults and two children under 18, from the major Canadian international airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence, to Kelowna International Airport in Kelowna, BC departing March 29, 2018 and returning April 2, 2018 (approximate retail value (the “ARV”) $3,200); *
- Four nights’ accommodation at Big White Ski Resort for two adults, and two children under 18 years of age, based on quad occupancy in a two bedroom premium condominium with hot tub (accommodation will be at the Prize Provider’s sole discretion, and based on availability) (ARV $1,760);
- Four 4-day passes for two adults and two children under 18, consisting of:
- Lift tickets (ARV $1,202);
- Equipment rental includes: skis, boots, and poles (equipment rental is subject to availability/no compensation or rain check, if not available during stay) (ARV $568);
- Tubing (ARV $400); and
- Snowshoeing (ARV $400)
- $200 food and beverage voucher valid at Big White Ski Resort owned properties;
- Transfers to and from airport in Kelowna, BC to the Big White Ski Resort (ARV $328); and
- $500 spending money.
ARV of the Grand Prize package is $8,558. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
*If the Grand Prize winner lives within 250 kms of Big White Resort, ground transportation will be provided for the Grand Prize winner and their three guests from the winner’s residence to Big White Resort and back again.
