Entry Period. The entry period (“Entry Period”) will begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 24, 2018, and will end on August 20, 2018, at 09:00 a.m. ET.
Eligibility. The contest is open to residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in his/her province/territory of residence as of the time of entry. Employees of Golf Town, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest

Prizes and Odds. There is one (1) prize available to be won consisting of round trip economy or standard airfare for four (4) persons from a major commercial airport near the Winner’s home to Vancouver, BC; two (2) double-occupancy rooms for a three night hotel accommodations at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler in Whistler, BC; up to four (4) days’ standard rental car accommodations; one (1) round of golf for four (4) persons at Nicklaus North; one (1) round of golf for four (4) persons at Fairmont Chateau Whistler; and one (1) round of golf for four (4) persons at Big Sky. If the Grand Prize Winner resides within a One Hundred Kilometre (100km) radius of Vancouver, BC, the airfare portion of the prize will not be included. Timing of prize elements, including airfare, hotel, accommodations, rental car booking and reservation, and golf course booking, must be redeemed before the end of the 2019 golf season, are subject to availability and to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All bookings of airfare, hotel and car rental are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier thereof. Winner and his/her travel companions will be responsible for transportation to and from originating airport, travel, medical and car insurance, travel documentation, airport fees, baggage fees and other in-destination activities, meals, gratuities, and other expenses, including, for greater certainty, any upgrades, gas, golf- cart rentals, etc., not explicitly included in the prize. Approximate retail value of the prize: $5,500CAD. Actual value of the prize will depend on the departure city. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
