CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest begins at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on May 23, 2017 and ends at 10:00:00 AM on July 14, 2017 (the “Contest Period”) after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must be a legal resident of Canada, excluding the province of Quebec. Employees of Exclaim! Media and Live Nation Ontario (the “Sponsors”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

PRIZE.
PRIZING There are 2 Prizes (“Prize”) and 1 Grand Prize (“Gran Prize”) available to be won by the Contest winners (“Winner”) consisting of a pair of tickets to see Descendents in Toronto. Grand Prize consists of a pair of tickets to see Descendents in Toronto, plus Skullcandy’s Ink’d Earbuds and Barricade XL Speakers.
Prize has an approximate value of $83 CDN and Grand Prize has an approximate value of $353 CND. Winner is not entitled to monetary difference between actual prize value and stated approximate prize value, if any.
Winner and Guest will be responsible for transportation to and from the venue and any other expense not explicitly included in the Prize.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Any unused portion of a Prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. The Sponsors reserve the right, in its and their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.
