Journeys – KEDS Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 15, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 15, 2015 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of submitting an Entry (each, “Entrant” or “you”).
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: One (1) Sweepstakes Prize will be awarded. Subject to the conditions set out below, the “Sweepstakes Prize” will consist of the following:
• Two (2) tickets to the Concert listed above (the “Concert”);
• Two (2) round-trip coach airfare tickets;
• One (1) double occupancy standard rooms for three (3) days/two (2) nights at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion;
• One (1) dinner for two (2) people (no alcohol) (not to exceed a total of $150.00 USD including applicable tax and gratuities) at a restaurant to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion; and
• Roundtrip ground transportation for two (2) people to and from airport and hotel;
• Roundtrip ground transportation for two (2) people to and from hotel and the Concert.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Sweepstakes Prize is $2,300 USD.
