Cetaphil Canada’s Beautiphil Moments Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 09:00:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on April 29, 2016, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on May 30, 2016 (the “Contest Period”).
The Contest is open only to residents of Canada, who are over the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of April 1, 2016.
Prizes
Five (5) “Contest Prizes” will be awarded during the Contest, one (1) “Grand Prize”, and four (4) “Weekly Prizes”. The Contest Prizes are as detailed below:
GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded which will consist of one (1) trip to one (1) of the following four (4) destinations for the winner and one (1) guest: “Maritime Fun”, “Joie de Vivre”, “Muskoka Mellow” or “Rocky Mountain R&R.” Some general destination and hotel information is included below, though getaway specifics, and approximate retail value, will depend on the destination selected, point of departure, time of travel, hotel availability, and the home location of the winner:
- Option 1: “Maritime Fun” on Prince Edward Island
One (1) hotel/resort room with occupancy for two (2) guests for four (4) days/three (3) nights. For a historic feel, stay at Dalvay By the Sea or enjoy a golfing getaway at Rodd Crowbush Golf and Resort.
- Option 2: “Joie de Vivre” in Quebec [Quebec, City or Montreal]
One (1) hotel/resort room with occupancy for two (2) guests for four (4) days/three (3) nights. Relax in the rustic charm of the Fairmont Montecello or take advantage of the golf and casino opportunities Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu has to offer.
- Option 3: “Muskoka Mellow” in the Muskoka Region
One (1) hotel/resort room with occupancy for two (2) guests for four (4) days/three (3) nights. Relax in luxury at the Rosseau Muskoka on Lake Rosseau or Deerhurst Resort, in Ontario’s cottage country.
- Option 4: “Rocky Mountain R&R” in Banff
One (1) hotel/resort room with occupancy for two (2) guests for four (4) days/three (3) nights. Stay at Canada’s “Castle in the Rockies,” the Fairmont Banff Springs or The Rimrock Resort Hotel, just steps from the Banff Upper Hot Springs.
- The Grand Prize also includes the four (4) items detailed below:
- Round-trip economy air transportation for two (2) guests from a major airport, as determined by Sponsor, near the winner’s home within Canada to one of the selected destinations above. If a confirmed winner lives within 200 km of the selected destination, then airfare will not be provided.
- Spending money awarded in the form of a Gift Card ($200 per day).
- (1) Digital Camera ($200)
- One (1) Cetaphil Gift Pack
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is up to $6000, based on a Charlottetown departure point and a Calgary destination. The Sponsor will work with the grand prize winner to determine the timing of the getaway, selection of destination, resort and level of room, and the general allocation of the grand prize funds available. No difference between the approximate retail value of the Grand Prize and its actual value will be awarded under any circumstances.
WEEKLY DRAW PRIZES (4): There will be a total of four (4) Weekly Prizes awarded during the Contest. One (1) Weekly Prize will be awarded each week, as detailed below:
- Week 1 Prize:
- (1) $50 online gift card
- (1) $50 Cetaphil Product Gift basket
ARV of this Weekly Prize is $100
- Week 2 Prize:
- (1) $100 online gift card
- (1) $50 Cetaphil Product Gift basket
ARV of this Weekly Prize is $150
- Week 3 Prize:
- (1) 10” digital photo frame ($150)
- (1) $50 online gift card
- (1) $50 Cetaphil Product Gift basket
ARV of this Weekly Prize is $250
- Week 4 Prize:
- (1) digital camera ($200)
- (1) $200 online gift card
- (1) $100 Cetaphil Product Gift basket
ARV of this Weekly Prize is $500
The ARV of all Weekly Prizes is $1000.
The total ARV of all Prizes is $7000.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Weekly Prize per person and/or per household.
All Weekly Prizes will be fulfilled approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after the Contest has ended.
