The Uncharted 4 Around The World Sweepstakes starts on 4/11/16 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on 5/15/16 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

ELIGIBILITY:  The Promotion is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Canada who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state or province of residence at the time of entry.

PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING:

Sweepstakes Prize (1): The “Sweepstakes Prize” includes winner’s choice of either (a.) two (2) “around the world” tickets from SkyTeam for winner and one (1) guest plus a check for $5,000 USD/$6,665.05 CAD for winner or (b.) a check for $25,000 USD/ $32,827.50 CAD. Around the World tickets are subject to Terms and conditions.  Travel must begin and end in the same city; travel must include at least (but not more than) one (1) transatlantic flight, one (1) transpacific flight, one (1) flight between area 2 (Europe or Africa) and area 3 (Russia, Asia, or Australia); there can be four (4) to sixteen (16) segments of the trip; reservations are required for all flights prior to departure; reservations must be seven (7) days in advance for the first intercontinental flight only; ticketing must be done within seventy two (72) hours after booking and at least seven (7) days before departure, whichever is earlier; once winner (and guest) complete their first international connection, winner and guest must complete ten (10) night stays before returning to original departure city.  There is a minimum three (3) and a maximum fifteen (15) permitted stopovers and transfers; one (1) stopover is required in each world area other than the original world area (there are three (3) total areas: area 1 is North and South America, area 2 is Europe and Africa, and area 3 is Russia, Asia, and Australia); maximum stopovers includes three (3) in Scandinavia, five (5) in Europe, and three (3) in any one country; two (2) transfers are permitted in the same city but only one (1) stopover permitted in any one city; flights are economy class; there is a fee for no-show/reissues and a fee for cancels/refunds; winner and guest are each allowed one (1) piece of luggage for economy class travel; and winner and guest are limited to destinations and airline carriers offered by SkyTeam.  Requirements, details and the Terms and Conditions of the SkyTeam Round the World tickets can be found at http://www.skyteam.com/en/round-the-world-planner/ andhttp://www.skyteam.com/en/round-the-world-planner/rtw-quick-reference-guide/.  Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Winner and guest are responsible for having valid travel documents including government identification and/or passports. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses not included herein, including fees, lodging, gratuities, meals, and any other incidental costs or expenses related to participation in this prize. Winner and his or her guest hereby acknowledges that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any part of the trip.  Sweepstakes winner will be contacted to make arrangements for travel.  Travel must be booked one (1) year from winner accepting the Sweepstakes Prize or Sweepstakes Prize will be forfeited.  The ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize is $25,000 USD/ $32,827.50 CAD.
