The Contest offer will be open online only at the RW&CO. Facebook Fan Page at www.facebook.com/rwandco (the “Fan Page”) May 15, 2014 at 12:01a.m. (ET) to June 4, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) online (the “Contest Period”, and 11:59 p.m. on June 4, 2014 being the “Entry Deadline”).
The Contest is open only to individuals who are legal or permanent residents of Canada and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Three (3) prizes (the “Prizes” or each a “Prize”) will be awarded, each consisting of one or more gift cards (collectively, the “Gift Cards”, each, a “Gift Card”) having an aggregate value five hundred dollars ($500.00) to be used, in whole or in part, at any participating RW&CO. store in Canada (collectively, the “Stores”, each, a “Store”). The approximate retail value of each Prize is five hundred dollars ($500.00). The total approximate retail value of all of the Prizes awarded in connection with the Contest is one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00).
