The Time for a Spring Contest contest (the “Contest”) begins on April 19, 2014 at 9:00:00 a.m. EST and closes May 18, 2014 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”).
Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.
GRAND PRIZES
There are three (3) grand prizes (each, a “Grand Prize”), each consisting of a $10,000 CAD cheque made payable to the applicable winner. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person.
INSTANT WIN PRIZES
At the outset of the Contest, there are one hundred (100) instant win prizes (each, an “Instant Win Prize”) (collectively, the Instant Win Prizes and the Grand Prizes may be referred to as the “Prizes”) available to be won. Each Instant Win Prize consists of a $50 CAD Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix Gift Card (subject to the terms and condition of the issuer). Each of the Instant Win Prizes will be time stamped and the first person who makes a Pledge on or immediately after the applicable predetermined time stamp, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed the potential winner of an Instant Win Prize. The odds of winning an Instant Win Prize will change throughout the course of the Contest Period as Instant Win Prizes are claimed, but will depend on the number and timing of eligible entrants that make a Pledge. The total number of Instant Win Prizes available to be won will decrease throughout the Contest Period as they are claimed.
