The Contest starts on April 1, 2014 at 12:00a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”)(the “Contest Opening Date”). The Contest closes at 12:00 p.m. ET on June 30, 2014 (the “Contest Closing Date”).
The Contest is open to all individuals who are residents of Canada and located in Canada at the time of entry, except individuals residing in the province of Quebec who are under the age of thirteen (13).
PRIZES: 3 Prizes in total (each consisting of one Raclette Grill, Fondue set and Toaster Oven) There are three (3) Prizes available to be won during the Contest. The value of each Prize is one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00 CAD) (to be delivered by way product – Raclette Grill, Fondue set and Toaster Oven) Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Winners of the Prize are not eligible to win a Secondary Prize.
