The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 12, 2014 and ends at 8:59 PM ET on May 24, 2014 (“Sweepstakes Period”), and is further divided into six (6) “Entry Periods”, as follows:

ELIGIBILITY: The Sex Sent Me to the ER Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
Grand Prize: the opportunity for the winner to participate in a walk-on role on an episode of Sex Sent Me to the ER. The prize consists of round trip coach air travel to Los Angeles, California, from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) for the winner and one (1) guest; one (1) double-occupancy hotel rooms for two (2) nights; ground transportation and $500USD spending money. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $3,500USD
