CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on May 2, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on June 5, 2014 (the “Contest Period”), after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.

 ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must: (i) be a legal resident of Canada; and (ii) be of the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and Administrator, its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. 

PRIZES.

Grand Prize and Instant Win Prizes are hereafter collectively referred to as “Prize” or “Prizes”. Grand Prize winners, Instant Win Prize winners are hereafter collectively referred to as a “Winner” or “Winners”. 

Grand Prize:

There is one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be won by the Grand Prize Winner  (“Grand Prize Winner”), consisting of a five thousand dollar ($5,000 CAD) Canadian Tire gift card. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a Grand Prize, or a component thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award.

Instant Win Prizes: 

There are two hundred (200) Instant Win prizes (each, an “Instant Win Prize”) available to be won by the Instant Win Prize Winners (the “Instant Win Prize Winners”), each consisting of fifty dollar ($50 CAD) Canadian Tire gift card.
