CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 28, 2014 and ends at 9:00 PM ET on May 25, 2014 (the “Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada (excluding the Province of Québec), who is of the age of majority or older in the Province/Territory in which he/she resides at time of entry.

PRIZES: There are a total of nine (9) Prizes (one (1) Grand Prize and eight (8) Secondary Prizes, each a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”) available to be won, with a total retail value of $5,800 (CDN). The number of Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded. i. Grand Prize: There is one (1) grand prize available to be won consisting of a $5,000 (CDN) The Home Depot Gift Card (the “Grand Prize”). ii. Secondary Prizes: There are eight (8) secondary prizes (one (1) per Contest Round) available to be won, each consisting of a $100 (CDN) The Home Depot Gift Card (each a “Secondary Prize”). Total retail value of the Secondary Prizes is $800 (CDN).
