MOTHER’S DAY CONTEST (Enter DAILY)

CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 7, 2014 and ends at 10:00 a.m. ET on May 5, 2014 (the “Contest Period”) after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted. During the Contest Period, the Contest will run during the following four (4) different periods (the “Contest Weeks”, each a “Contest Week”) as follows:

ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:
(a) be a legal resident of Canada; and
(b) be of the age of majority or older in his/her province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
PRIZES.
(a) Prizes. There are twelve (12) prizes (the “Prizes”, each a “Prize”) in total available to be won by the winners (the “Winners”, each, a “Winner”), consisting of the following packages to be allocated per Contest Week as outlined below:
(i) Stella & Dot Gift Basket: There are two (2) Stella & Dot Gift Baskets available to be won during Contest Week One, each consisting of: one (1) Rebel Pendant Necklace, one (1) Renegade Cluster Bracelet and two (2) Makeup Poufs. Each Stella & Dot Gift Basket is valued at approximately Two Hundred Dollars (CDN $200.00);
(ii) DAVIDsTEA & Sears Mother’s Day Gift Basket Number One: There are two (2) DAVIDs Tea & Sears Mother’s Day Gift Basket Number Ones available to be won during Contest Week Two, each consisting of: one (1) DAVIDsTEA Hot Mama Tin, two (2) DAVIDsTEA Perfect Tea Mugs, one (1) Cuisinart Juicer Model No. 82305 and one (1) Cuisinart Blender Model No. 82304. Each DAVIDsTEA & Sears Mother’s Day Gift Basket Number One is valued at approximately Two Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents (CDN $275.48);
(iii) DAVIDsTEA & Sears Mother’s Day Gift Basket Number Two: There are two (2) DAVIDs Tea & Sears Mother’s Day Gift Basket Number Twos available to be won during Contest Week Two, each consisting of: one (1) DAVIDsTEA Hot Mama Tin, two (2) DAVIDsTEA Perfect Tea Mugs, and one (1) Cuisinart food processor Model No. 82302. Each DAVIDsTEA & Sears Mother’s Day Gift Basket Number Two is valued at approximately One Hundred and Fifty-Five Dollars and Forty-Nine Cents (CDN $155.49);
(iv) Mother’s Day Beauty with Tweezerman Gift Basket: There are four (4) Mother’s Day Beauty with Tweezerman Gift Basket available to be won during Contest Week Three, each consisting of: one (1) OGX Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo, one (1) OGX Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Conditioner, one (1) pair of Tweezerman Stainless Steel Slant Signature Red Tweezers, one (1) Ultimate Tweezerman Beauty Kit consisting of assorted Tweezerman products as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion, and one (1) essie Resort Collection nail polish package consisting of one (1) bottle of each of the following colours: Resort Fling, Under the Twilight, Cocktails & Coco, and Find Me An Oasis. Each Mother’s Day Beauty with Tweezerman Gift Basket is valued at approximately Two Hundred and Sixty Dollars and Ninety-Four Cents (CDN $260.94);
(v) Anne Klein Gift Card: There is one (1) Anne Klein Gift Card available to be won during Contest Week Four valued at Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars (CDN $250.00; and
(vi) Jones New York Fashion Gift Card: There is one (1) Jones New York Fashion Gift Card available to be won during Contest Week Four valued at Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars (CDN $250.00).
