Moon Festival 2013 Contest (1 x Entry)
Timing: The Contest begins on September 3rd, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on October 20th, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the “Contest Period”). The Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Contest.
Eligibility: Moon Festival 2013 Contest (the “Contest”) is only open to Ontario residents 18 years of age or older. Employees of Mandarin Restaurant Franchise Corporation, its franchisees, and any of their affiliates, and agents, and any agencies or other companies involved in the development, execution, production or distribution of Contest materials, including the Administrator, as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
One (1) Grand Prize will be given away consisting of a trip for two (2) to the Bahamas (Approximate retail value of prize: $6,000. Prize consists of a 7 day/6 night stay, which includes accommodation (based on double occupancy), round-tripeconomy airfare (for two) from Toronto to Bahamas, meals and beverages, subject to availability. Gratuities and taxes are not included. Winner and travel companion is responsible for travel from their residence to and from Toronto International Airport. Winner must travel between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014 with the dates confirmed 2 months/60days before travel (terms and conditions apply).
