Sweepstakes Description and Timing. The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, April 30, 2017 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Naturepedic’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) and Canada excluding residents of Quebec, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age on the date of the Sweepstakes entry submission (“Entrant”). Naturepedic employees and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and owners, employees and immediate family members of Naturepedic’s parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, dealerships, licensees, retailers and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes entities”) are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is void in Quebec.
