“Peel to Reveal” Contest
The Contest is held by Bel Cheese Canada Inc. (the “Contest Organizers”) and is divided in two portions, one in store and one on the Internet. It runs from 12:00:01 a.m. (ET) August 22, 2016 to noon (ET) October 2, 2016 (the “Contest Period”).
The Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees, representatives and mandataries of the Contest Organizers, of any company, corporation, trust, or other legal entity controlled by or affiliated to them, their advertising and promotional agencies, participating stores, suppliers of materials and services related to this Contest, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse and any individual with whom such employees, representatives and mandataries are domiciled are not eligible. To participate in the Internet portion of this Contest, “cookies” must be accepted.

PRIZE
IN-STORE PORTION
There are sixty (60) prizes to be won in each 192 participating stores which are divided among three Canadian cities (see list attached). These prizes are: forty-four (44) $2 discount coupons applicable to a Mini Babybel or The Laughing Cow product; fifteen (15) Mini Babybel or The Laughing Cow products of an approximate value of $5.99 each; a $25 gift card redeemable in the participating store where the gift card was awarded. See paragraph 7.6 for all terms and conditions which apply to the discount coupons and gift cards.
INTERNET PORTION
In total, twenty-seven thousand ten (27,010) prizes are offered:
- 7.1 Ten (10) prizes, each consisting of one-year supply of Mini Babybel and The Laughing Cow products (awarded as 52 coupons of a maximum value of $5.99, for a total maximum value of $312 per prize);
- 7.2 One thousand (1,000) Mini Babybel or The Laughing Cow products, awarded as coupons with a maximum value of $5.99 and redeemable in store for a Mini Babybel or The Laughing Cow product;
- 7.3 Three thousand (3,000) $3 discount coupons applicable to a Mini Babybel or The Laughing Cow product;
- 7.4 Eight thousand (8,000) $2 discount coupons applicable to a Mini Babybel or The Laughing Cow product;
- 7.5 Fifteen thousand (15,000) $1 discount coupons applicable to a Mini Babybel or The Laughing Cow product;
- 7.6 Coupons are redeemable in store for a Mini Babybel and The Laughing Cow product, subject to product availability in store. The following terms and conditions apply to the coupons and gift cards:
- 7.6.1 They must be presented at time of transaction;
- 7.6.2 They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for their cash value;
- 7.6.3 In case of loss, theft, damage, degradation or non-authorized use, they will not be refunded or replaced;
- 7.6.4 They cannot be combined with another offer or promotion;
- 7.6.5 They are subject to all other applicable terms, conditions and restrictions indicated on them or that may be communicated to the winners by the Contest Organizers.
