Entries for Fine Cooking’s Win-a-Seat at the Moveable Feast / Cash Prize Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will be accepted during the period beginning at 12:01 a.m. ET on December 15, 2019 and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 5, 2020 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and legal residents of Canada (except Quebec), who are at least 21 years of age at time of entry (the “Entrants”).

PRIZE: There will be one (1) winner of the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize Package to be awarded is:
• Two (2) seats at the table during a filming of a Moveable Feast Season Eight Episode, plus travel and transportation up to USD $1,000; Total prize package value = $1,200.
• OR USD $1,200 in cash (This prize will be awarded only in the event there is change to the Moveable Feast format for Season Eight of the show).
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize Package is USD $1,200.
The date and location of the filming of the Moveable Feast Episode will be determined by the Sponsor after the Sweepstakes Entry Period; such filming will be for Season Eight of Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, May 2020 through June 2020.
