Fru-Gals Review
I’ve been working out at the gym for over a year now, and trying to eat healthier. When I was given this book to review I thought what a awesome to really try and incorporate eating healthier into my lifestyle. This book gives you complete instructions with pictures to help get you started. I have to tell you at first some of these recipe’s scared me LOL. I mean I would have never thought of mixing certain ingredients together and actually think they would taste good. With that being said, I kept an open mind and tried a few, and to my surprise they were really, really good and super easy to make. I’ve actually started to prepare them on Sunday’s for my lunch’s for the week, take them to work and re-heat them in the microwave. These soups are not only delicious BUT good for you at the same time! What more can yo ask for?!

Fru-Gals Review
I was really excited about this book, every second Saturday we get together as a family at my boyfriend’s mom’s house. One of the bi-weekly rituals is that all the kids get together and make a dessert or appetizer, and who am I kidding I’m right in there with them (I’m the biggest kid at heart you will ever meet). The kids were surfing the internet for different recipe’s to make, so when I received this book I took it with me and the kids were all over it. There is yellow tabs throughout the whole book now labelled with numbers in order to keep track what we will make next. The recipes are easy to follow and fun to do. This book brings together our family along with teaching the kids the essentials of cooking, reading, following instructions and more!
