My most memorable concert was in Hamilton at Cops Coliseum. I live in Oshawa, ON. Firstly I have to say seeing this group was a dream come true as I am American a big fan of these guys AND 2 of these guys in the band (Gary Levox and his cousin Jay Demarcus) are from my home state of Ohio!! and only a 35 min drive from my home town!! OK…so they are……. drum roll….THE.Rascal Flatts band!!. … FANTASTIC! The great thing about this also is that I entered and WON this contest to get to go to Hamilton, Ontario, which included 2 overnight stays at the Sheridan Hotel, a $100.00 prepaid Visa card, which paid for our drive and dinner. We also got to see and hear, along with the Rascal Flatts band, Eli Young band, and Little Big Town!!!! ALL at the same event! PLUS a meet and greet with each of the groups and pictures taken with them… What a night to remember!! So much fun. I have always been an avid Country music fan and a fan of Rascal Flatts

The most memorable concert I’ve been to was a Beyonce concert on the day of my birthday. The icing on the cake was when Beyonce sang “happy birthday” during the concert (her birthday was also in September). That was my most memorable and favourite concert moment.

When I was in high school, some friends and I saw Chris de Burgh at the National Arts Centre (Ottawa). It was an amazing show, and we were about the third or fourth row in the centre. In the middle of the stage, was this piece of equipment, and we were trying to figure out what it was: lighting effects? sound equipment? After looking at it for a while, I said that it looks like a mortar launcher. Even the friend that was an army cadet refused to accept this, but sure enough, at the end of Spanish Train, this piece of equipment fired playing cards all over the centre section of the first two rows.
