The Kruger Contest begins on January 1, 2022 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2022 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of Kruger Products L.P. (the “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”).

THE PRIZES:
There will be four (4) Prizes (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) available to be won. There will be one (1) Prize per Entry Period. Each Prize consists of $700 CAD in Kruger Products coupons that are redeemable at participating Canadian retailers. Use of coupons (including expiry date) is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. A year’s supply of Kruger Products tissue products is calculated as: (i) $300 CAD in Cashmere® Bathroom Tissue; (ii) $150 CAD in Scotties®’ Facial Tissue; and (iii) $250 CAD in SpongeTowels® Paper Towels.
Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a Prize with a prize of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award.
There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person.
