The Contest entry period (the “Entry Period“) begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET“) on Thursday, August 1, 2019 and ends at 4:59 p.m. ET on Friday, August 30, 2019.
ELIGIBILITY: (a) The Contest is open only to residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are of age of legal majority in the province/territory in which they reside at the time of entry.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION:
I. Grand Prize. There are four (4) grand prizes (each, a “Grand Prize”) available to be won, with each Grand Prize consisting of:
(a) Admission tickets for the winner and three (3) guests (collectively, the “Prize Participants“) to attend the Team’s regular season baseball games scheduled to be played in Toronto (the “Destination“) at Rogers Centre™ stadium (the “Stadium“) on Friday, September 27, 2019, Saturday, September 28, 2019, and Sunday, September 29, 2019 (each, a “Game” and, collectively, the “Games“). Seating for the Games played on Friday, September 27 and Sunday, September 29 will be in the 100 Level of the Stadium. Seating for the Game played on Saturday, September 28, 2019 will be in a Stadium TD Executive Suite. For clarity, the Grand Prize includes a total of twelve (12) admission tickets (four (4) admission tickets for each Game);
(b) Two (2) hotel rooms (standard double occupancy) for two (2) nights (Friday, September 27, 2019 and Saturday, September 28, 2019) in the Destination at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor (the “Hotel“);
(c) Opportunity for the Prize Participants to observe the Team’s batting practice prior to the start of one of the Games (the specific Game to be determined by RBJBP in its sole discretion) (the “Batting Practice Visit“);
(d) Four (4) “replica” Team-branded jerseys;
(e) Four (4) “replica” Team-branded baseball caps;
(f) Spending money (via cheque) in the amount of CDN $1,000; and
(g) One of the following two types of ground transportation:
(i) If the winner resides farther than 300 kilometres of the Stadium:
(A) round trip economy air transportation for the Prize Participants from the international airport within Canada closest to the winner’s residence (as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor) to the Destination, departing on Friday, September 27, 2019 and returning on Sunday, September 29, 2019, or on such other dates as may be determined by the Sponsor (the “Airfare”) (estimated retail value of CDN $1,600); and
(B) return ground transportation (via a single vehicle) for the Prize Participants from the Destination airport to the Hotel (the “Airport Shuttle“) (estimated retail value of CDN $220);
OR
(ii) If the winner resides within 300 kilometres of the Stadium: return ground transportation (via a single limousine) for the Prize Participants between the winner’s residence and the Hotel (the “Limo Transportation“) (estimated retail value of CDN $500).
The total estimated retail value of each Grand Prize is CDN $6,600 (inclusive of Airfare and Airport Shuttle and exclusive of Limo Transportation). Actual retail value of each Grand Prize will depend on whether the winner resides within 300 kilometres of the Stadium (in which case Limo Transportation will be provided instead of Airport Shuttle and Airfare will not be provided, as more particularly set out in Section 5(a) of these Official Rules, below) and, if the winner resides farther than 300 kilometres of the Stadium, on the winner’s departure city (the estimated retail value of the Airfare is based on the departure city of Ottawa). Any difference in value will not be awarded.
There is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person.
The four (4) Grand Prizes will be regionally allocated as follows:
- one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to a resident of any of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut (the “Western Region Grand Prize“);
- one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to a resident of any of Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, or Nova Scotia (the “Eastern Region Grand Prize“); and
- two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded to residents of Ontario (the “Ontario Grand Prize“).
II. Secondary Prize. There are fifty (50) secondary prizes (each, a “Secondary Prize“) available to be won, with each Secondary Prize consisting of:
(a) One (1) “replica” Team-branded jersey;
(b) One (1) Team and Lotto 6/49 co-branded backpack;
(c) One (1) Team and Lotto 6/49 co-branded cap;
(d) One (1) Team and Lotto 6/49 co-branded baseball;
(e) One (1) Team and Lotto 6/49 co-branded t-shirt;
(f) One (1) Lotto 6/49-branded water bottle; and
(g) One (1) Lotto 6/49-branded “powerbank” portable charger.
The total estimated retail value of each Secondary Prize is CDN $300.
There is a limit of one (1) Secondary Prize per person.
The fifty (50) Secondary Prizes will be regionally allocated as follows:
- twenty (20) Secondary Prizes will be awarded to residents of any of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut (the “Western Region Secondary Prize“);
- twenty (20) Secondary Prizes will be awarded to residents of any of Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, or Nova Scotia (the “Eastern Region Secondary Prize“); and
- ten (10) Secondary Prizes will be awarded to residents of Ontario (the “Ontario Secondary Prize“).
The Grand Prizes and Secondary Prizes are hereafter collectively referred to as “Prizes“. There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person.
