The Pelican Giveaway begins on February 1st, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern time)(the “Giveaway Opening Date”) and ends on February 14th, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern time)(the “Giveaway Closing Date”).
The Giveaway is open exclusively to residents of Canada and the United States, with the exception of the provinces or states specified in article 2.3 (the “Excluded States”), who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence on the Giveaway Opening Date (each an “Entrant”).

Prize
For the draw carried during the Giveaway period set out in section 2.1, the Winner (as here in after defined) shall be awarded the following Prize (the “Prize”): a Pelican RIVERGORGE 130XP tandem kayak with an approximate retail value of US$500. The Prize will be delivered to the Winner by regular or courier mail.
