The Contest will be open from October 26, 2020 at 12:01a.m. (Eastern time) to November 15, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern time) (the “Entry Deadline”).
The Contest is open only to individuals who are legal or permanent residents of Canada, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded consisting of the following:
a. one (1) or more RW&CO. gift cards having an aggregate value of $2,000 which may be
used at any participating RW&CO. store across Canada (each an “Store”, collectively,
the “Stores”) and the RW&CO. ecommerce site (the “Gift Cards”); and
b. one (1) HelloFresh gift card for 6 months’ worth of meal kits having an aggregate value
of $2,600 (the “Meal Kits Gift Card”).
Six (6) secondary prizes (the “Secondary Prizes” and each a “Secondary Prize”) will be
awarded, each consisting of one or more Gift Cards having an aggregate value of $100.
The total retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,600.00 and the total retail value of the Secondary
Prizes is $600. The total retail value of all Prizes awarded in connection with the Contest is
$5,200. The Contest will have a total of seven (7) Prize Winners.
