The Contest will be open from Tuesday, November 1st, 2022 at 12:00 a.m. (Eastern time) to
Tuesday, December 20th, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern time) (the “Entry Deadline”).
The Contest is open only to individuals who are legal or permanent residents of Canada, who
are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their province
or territory of residence at the time of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded in the Contest. The Grand Prize will
comprise:
- Two (2) Air Canada Gift cards valued at three thousand dollars each (2 x $3,000.00 =
$6,000.00) which may be used for airfare and accommodations anywhere in Canada or
internationally; and - Two (2) RW&CO. gift cards valued at one thousand dollars each (2 x $1,000.00 =
$2,000.00) which may be used at any participating RW&CO. store across Canada
(each a “RW&CO. Store”, collectively, the “RW&CO. Stores”) or the RW&CO. ecommerce site (the “RW&CO. Gift Cards”).
The total retail value of the Grand Prize is eight thousand dollars ($8,000.00).
