The Pro Hockey Life contest begins on Friday, October 22nd, 2021 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST“) and ends on Thursday, November 18th, 2021 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period“) after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.
To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must: (a) be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec); and (b) 18 years of age or older in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry; and (c) not be subscribed to the Pro Hockey Life email list.

PRIZES
A prize is hereafter referred to as “Prize”. A Prize winner is hereafter referred to as a “Winner”.
There is (1) prize available to won by one (1) winner consisting of the following: one (1) $500 Pro Hockey Life gift cards valid online at https://www.prohockeylife.com or in-store at one of our 16 store locations (the prize has an approximate retail value of $500). One (1) prize is available to be won on the draw date as set out below.
Winner is not entitled to monetary difference between actual Prize value and stated approximate retail value of the Prize, if any.
Each entrant is only eligible to win one (1) Prize regardless of entry.
The Prize will be distributed within fifteen (15) business days after each Winner has been successfully contacted, notified of his/her Prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any unused portion of a Prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its and its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason. Gift cards are subject to additional terms as specified on the gift card itself.
The Sponsor shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected Prizes.
