Eligibility: Spirit Halloween’s “Ouija Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia and Hawaii) and Canada (excludes Quebec residents) except employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) of Spirit Halloween Superstores LLC. (hereafter “Sponsor”), Hasbro, Inc., their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, distributors, retailers and advertising, promotion, licensing and public relations agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”). Void in The U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law. Participants must be 18 years old or older to enter and win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted for the Sweepstakes Wednesday, August 1, 2019 at 12:00:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) through Friday, November 2, 2019 at 11:59:59pm ET or the last day a Spirit Halloween store is opened, whichever comes first (the “Promotion Period”).
