The Canada Dry* Chinese New Year (CNY) Contest (the “Contest”) is brought to you by Canada Dry Mott’s Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and begins on January 4th, 2021 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 5th, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

PRIZE:
There is one (1) grand prize (the “Prize”) available to be won consisting of $5,000 CDN issued in the form of a cheque payable in the winner’s name as it appears on his/her Entry Form. By accepting the Prize, the confirmed Prize winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties if the Prize does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part, where applicable.
