The Canada Dry Cricket Rules Contest (the “Contest”) is brought to you by Canada Dry Mott’s Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and begins on March 2, 2020 at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 4, 2020 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

Contest is open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.

PRIZE:

There is one (1) grand prize (the “Prize”) available to be won consisting of a Samsung home theatre system with a total approximate retail value of $5,500 CDN and comprised of one (1) Samsung 75” 2019 Q70R 4K Smart QLED TV and one (1) Samsung Harman/Kardon Soundbar HW-Q70R.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged, assigned or refunded. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any prize or a portion thereof with a prize or prizes of at least equal value (including, without limitation, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, a cash award), in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised Prize or any portion thereof.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Prize: (i) other specifics of the Prize will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor and subject to availability; and (ii) the confirmed Prize winner is solely responsible for all expenses, including any assembly or installation expenses, that are not specifically and expressly included in the Prize description above.

Shipped Prize shall not be insured and the Released Parties shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected prizes.

None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from neither the Sponsor nor any of the Released Parties should his/her Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory.
