The Celebrate with Cingal contest (the “Contest”) begins on October 6, 2021, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 22, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of
residence.

The aggregate approximate retail value of the Prize is CAD$1,500. Under no circumstances whatsoever will any
difference between the actual and approximate retail values be awarded.
