The “Find Giuseppe Contest”

The entry period for the chance to win a Prize (defined below) begins on October 1, 2018 at 11:59:59 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 31, 2019 at 11:59:59 AM ET (the “Contest Period”).

The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada, who have a valid email address and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Despite the foregoing, employees, officers, representatives or agents of Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, contest agencies, production agencies and/or any other entity involved in the administration or execution of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”), and such employees’, officers’, representatives’ or agents’ immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, in-laws, grandparents, grandchildren) or people domiciled with them, are not eligible to enter the Contest.

1. PRIZES:

PRIZES: There are Ballot Prizes, Instant Win Prizes (as described above) and Pizza Coupon Prizes (collectively the “Prizes”) available to be won as described below.

“Ballot Prizes” consist of:

1. One (1) 2019 Jeep Cherokee North with an approximate MSRP of $41,142. Prize includes destination/freight charges and all applicable fees and taxes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the 2019 Jeep Cherokee prize: (i) it must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) no substitutions except at Sponsor’s option; (iii) Sponsor reserves the right at any time to substitute such prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash award; (iv) colour and other specifics of such prize will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor and subject to availability; (v) manufacturer’s standard warranty applies to such prize; (vi) upon notification, the confirmed winner may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be required to personally take delivery of the prize from a dealership within Canada reasonably close to his/her place of residence in Canada as determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, and will be required to present adequate personal identification (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification); (vii) the prize will not be released unless and until the confirmed prize winner (or an eligible claimant – see below) first shows proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) of having a valid driver’s license (equivalent to a full “G” class license in Ontario) in the province/territory in which he/she resides and proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) of satisfactory insurance; (viii) confirmed prize winner is solely responsible for all expenses that are not included in the prize description above, including, but not limited to: registration and license fees, insurance, additional accessories, fuel costs and all other costs associated with: (a) any upgrade or option package(s) that he/she may request (and that may be permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); and/or (b) obtaining a valid driver’s license, license plates, registration, insurance and/or fuel.  In the event that a 2019 Jeep Cherokee prize winner does not have a valid drivers’ license, satisfactory insurance or is not legally eligible to drive (as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion), such prize winner may be permitted to transfer the vehicle prize to his/her spouse, parent, sibling, child or legal guardian, who will then be considered the eligible claimant. 
2. One (1) Trip for 4 Anywhere in the World. Winner will receive a credit of $25,000 CAD to be used toward the cost of travel for winner and three (3) guests to a destination selected by the winner (subject to the restrictions set out below). Travel must be coordinated through Sponsor’s appointed travel agent within three (3) months of the date of winner notification and completed within twelve (12) months of the date of coordination with the travel agent. Travel plans by the winner must be provided to the travel agent at least six weeks in advance of the requested trip dates. If the cost of travel (as booked through the travel agent) is less than $25,000 CAD, the winner will receive the difference to be used as spending money in the form of a prepaid card. Prepaid cards are subject to their terms and conditions. Travel options may be subject to availability, blackout dates, minimum age limits, government issue travel restrictions and other restrictions. If the travel options selected (as booked through the travel agent) exceed $25,000 CAD, winner will be solely responsible for covering such costs. Further, winner will be solely responsible for all meals, gratuities, in-room charges, travel expenses, travel and other insurance, carrier fees, government charges, transfers, ground transportation, taxes (federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local) and other expenses not specified in these Official Rules as being provided as part of the prize and not booked through the designated travel agent.
3. One of three (3) Cash Prizes of $5,000. The Cash Prize is payable by cheque to the winner.
4. Ten (10) Pizza for a Year Prizes, each consisting of fifty-two (52) pizzas awarded in the form of 52 coupons each valid for one free: Giuseppe Thin Crust Pizza, Giuseppe Rising Crust Pizza, Giuseppe Mini Pizzas or Giuseppe Paninis. Coupons expire June 30, 2020. The ARV of each Pizza for a Year Prize is $467.48.

 “Pizza Coupon Prizes” consist of:

1. Two Thousand One Hundred and Eighty-Four (2,184) Pizza Coupon Prizes, with an ARV of $8.99, valid for one of the following: Giuseppe Thin Crust Pizza, Giuseppe Rising Crust Pizza, Giuseppe Mini Pizzas or Giuseppe Paninis. Coupons expire March 31^st, 2020.

Each Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be substituted for another prize, cannot be sold, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole and absolute discretion) to substitute any Prize for another prize of equal or greater value in the event the Prize is unavailable or for any other reason whatsoever. Allow 4-6 weeks after verification for shipment of any Prize (where applicable), other than the Jeep Cherokee prize, to the addresses provided at the time of registration. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.
