Contest Period. The Kelseys Wings Your Way Contest (the “Contest”) begins on April 12, 2021 at 12:01am EST and ends on July 4, 2021 at 11:59:59pm EST (the “Contest Period”).
This Contest is sponsored by Kelseys, a division of Recipe Unlimited Corporation (the “Sponsor”) and is open to legal residents of Ontario, Newfoundland & Labrador and New Brunswick, of the age of majority in their province of residence.

THE PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE. There is one (1) prize to be won consisting of one (1) weekly dine-in order of a ten
(10) piece regular order of chicken wings, for a period of fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks, to be paid out in the form of a Kelseys “Free Wing
Promo Card” (ARV $875.00 CAD) (the “Prize”). If the winner does not redeem the chicken wing order in a given week, they will forfeit that
wing order. The prose will be awarded via e-gift card that can be redeemed in restaurants or via the Kelseys app.
